Hi there.
In original Star Trek, Spock was utterly logical and had never had an emotional attachment that anybody knew of.
Uhura though shared the first inter-racial TV kiss when she kissed - Captain Kirk! It was so controversial in the US it was banned for years.
In the movies she turned out to have athing for Scotty and THEY ended up together.

I wondered would some of the "technology" such as the hypospray, that the character Dr. McCoy used on the original Star Trek series, would be applied to certain medical situation in today's society.

When are they going to come out with Blu Ray versions of Star Trek series?
I was wondering when if ever they will come out with Blu Ray editions of Star Trek NG, DS9,Voyager, and Enterprise?

Also, will they ever make Blu Ray editions of the Star Gate SG1, and Atlantis? Also Blu Ray edition of Babylon 5 series?

The NG never. I believe first to come out will be the Star Gate series.
