I know the first four books by heart, I'm gonna watch the fifth movie, and re-read the sixth book only. When I'm once done with the seventh, I'm gonna read all seven again to put all the little pieces together.

What day will the Leafs be mathematically eliminated from the playoffs?

A) Tuesday: If Buffalo gets a point against Tampa Bay or Toronto loses to Washington
B) Wednesday: If they survive Tuesday but Toronto loses to New Jersey
(the Leafs can't possibly be eliminated on Thursday.)
C) Friday: If they survive until then, but Buffalo gets a point against Philly or Carolina beats Atlanta after having beat Detroit on Tuesday.
D) Saturday: If they survive until then, but Buffalo gets a point against Columbus, Carolina beats Tampa Bay after winning earlier in the week or Toronto loses to Montreal.
E) In a few weeks, after a team beats them in a seven-game series.
What day will the elimination come? (Too many people were asking if we could still make it; I think how long we can hold out is a more interesting question)

The way things are going lately I'd say today (last night was a corker- BOS is up 3-0 over NYR and I'm thinking "well, okay that'll help a smidgen" and then BOS completely craps the bed and loses 5-3). Honestly the last week has been one result after another going the wrong way; you look at the out of town results and it's almost comical. You laugh because it's all you can do.
The worst part is that if they win out (which isn't impossible by any means) they'll finish with 90 points when last year that would have given them a 7 seed.
